Cerezas, infusión de manzanilla (de mi huerto), y bocadillo de pan de molde y semillas con lechuga, tomates cherry y paniza (plato italiano con harina de garbanzo)
Cherries, (homegrown) camomile tea, and loaf seeds bread with lettuce, cherry tomatoes and paniza (Italian chickpea flour dish) sandwich

Paniza sounds interesting!
It has a surprising flavour and texture, you’d never tell it’s made of chickpea flour. It’s worth trying!
Gorgeous photograph and delicious sounding food. I love cherries, and they’re quite expensive in the UK, so it would be great to grow your own. I love your teapot!
Thank you!! Here, in Spain, cherries are quite affordable; and besides in Aragon, where I live, there are many cherry tree plantations, so you can find even organic cherries at the farmers market (the best cherries I’ve ever had!). On the contrary, raspberries and blueberries are difficult to find and extremely expensive… I guess it’s not possible to have everything
How wonderful, organic cherries grown locally. You’re right though, everywhere has its little specialities, and although we don’t grow much in Scotland we do have very nice berries.
