Peras al vino tinto con natillas de leche de soja y canela
Red wine poached pears with soy milk custard and cinnamon

Is this recipe on your other blog (I hope)??
No, it’s not, but I’ll write it here for you:
- Red wine poached pears: peel 3 or 4 pears, and boil them with a cinnamon stick, 1 cup of red wine, 3 cups of water and 2 tablespoons of agave syrup (or sugar); cook until they are tender, and let them cool.
- Custard: dissolve 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and 6 tablespoons of agave syrup (or sugar) in 1 cup of soy milk; then boil 3 cups of soymilk and add the previous cup, and cook for about 10 minutes stirring continuously, until it thickens; pour into bowls and sprinkle cinnamon on top; let it cool.
These two dessert are usually served separetely, but I thought they would be nice together
Thank you! I feel very special.
You’re welcome!! It’s a pleasure
For breakfast?! Wow! Delicious!
Thank you!
