  1. What a stunning photograph and an absolutely delicous looking pudding! We’ve got Spanish nectarines in the shops just now and they are incredibly juicy and tasty, utter bliss.

  2. I would love to know the recipe, looks delicious!

    • It’s very easy: blend 1 cup of vegetable milk (here I used soy milk), 2 paraguayo peaches and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds; let it rest for about 15 minutes, so it gets that gelatinous consistency. Enjoy! 🙂

  3. I was so craving a chia pudding this morning but had no nut milk ready to go- now I realize I totally have used lite coconut milk with a little water. Ah well, this photo is so beautiful it’s almost as if I made it 🙂
