Sunday breakfast (before a day trip to Añon de Moncayo): Gazpacho (tomato, cucumber, green pepper, red pepper, onion, garlic, olive oil and apple vinegar cold soup) with bread and olive oil, and soy yoghurt with banana and melon pinenut jam

  1. I was just talking to a friend about gazpacho! I remember having some on the island of La Palma in the Canaries, on a very hot day a few years ago. It was incredibly refreshing, and I can still taste it now….mmmm
