  1. It all sounds and looks like such a treat!

  2. Queen of Sheba cake? It looks and sounds absolutely wonderful!

  3. I love that coffee cup. You always have the perfect lighting. Do you just have a sunshiny window every day or do you have some kind of lighting set up? And what are you shooting with?

    • Thank you, Melissa! I only shoot with natural light; my living room has a big window, and that’s where I take most of my photos, usually at morning time, when light is indirect and softer (at noon, when light is direct, I use a thin white blind/curtain as a filter). I have a bridge camera (Panasonic FZ38) but I want to upgrade (any recomendations for a reflex? I’m lost!), and a pair of reflectors (two big white cards) to soften the shadows.

      • Ohh I’m jealous. It’s rainy here pretty much every day. I have no idea about upgrades, I only have a basic understanding of DSLRs and photography, but I do know light is everything and you do it well. You’re one of the few blogs I would be interested to follow forever.

        • Thank you very much, Melissa!! I’m so happy to read your comment 🙂
You can shoot good photos on a rainy day as well: by using a tripod you can increase time exposure to capture more light and get a clear picture. Yes, you’re right, light is everything; and the only way to learn is practice (and enjoy!)… so keep on and you will improve your photos for sure 🙂
