  1. I made leek and potato soup yesterday and it was very comforting. I wish I’d had your flatbread to go with it, it looks so crispy.

    • What a coincidence! I learnt about leek and potato soup a couple of years ago while reading a Spanish vegan blogger who is living in England, and I’m happy I discovered it. Yes, flatbread was crispy and it matched perfectly with the warm soup 🙂

  2. Hola, tengo una duda gigante…. ¿cual es la receta de ese pan plano de okara? me gustaría probar ya que no se que hacer con la okara guardada :s gracias!

    • ¡Hola, Malena! En realidad es la okara de soja a la que le echo levadura (1/2 taco de la fresca ó 1 cucharadita de la seca [no de la química]), 1 cucharada de aceite, 1 pizca de sal (u otras especias) y harina (integral de espelta) hasta que la masa sea manejable; luego la extiendo en la bandeja del horno y a hornear hasta que se dore. Ya verás qué fácil y socorrido. En casa solemos comerlo como una boca-pizza, cuando sale del horno le ponemos ingredientes por encima y a disfrutar 🙂 (http://cocinadenihacc.wordpress.com/2010/09/26/boca-pizza-de-okara/)
